Bring Out The Speed

Direct extruder highlighted with 6.5:1 gear ratio secure up to 25mm^3/s extrusion rate, resulting in 200mm/s max printing speed. Brutal motors realize 8000mm/s^2 acceleration on both the x&y axes.

Manual Z-Axis Adjustment

Easily adjust Z-axis height with the convenient top-mounted dial.

Sturdy Construction

The Z-axis support bracket ensures machine stability during printing.

Dual Z and Y Axes

Dual motors for Z and Y axes guarantee stable and precise printing.

Operate Klipper on 7" Touch Screen

Built-in Klipper saves you from redundant configuration and additional hardware requirements. Cut the hassle, just the fun.

Effortless Leveling

Empowering you with a 49-point auto-leveling function, bid farewell to manual leveling woes. Printing a perfect first layer.

Hight-Power Motors

Utilizes high-power motors for enhanced performance.

All-Metal Hotend with Hardened Nozzle

Elevate your prints with our 300°C All-Metal Hotend & Nozzle. The hardened steel nozzle enhances wear-resistance, enabling printing of mixed carbon fiber or more abrasive and exotic filaments.

Internal Linear Rails on XYZ Axis for Enhanced Stability

The linear guides reduce friction and play, resulting in smoother movements of the print head. This translates to improve layer alignment, reduced layer shifting, and overall superior print quality

Intelligent Slicing Software

The T500 comes with intelligent slicing software, streamlining model slicing and preparation processes, making it user-friendly even for beginners.

Efficient Cooling

Equipped with three 3010 fans for effective material extrusion cooling.

WiFi Connectivity

T500 Tried everything, no joy weeks of testing

Starting with the common issue of no boot. Sovol/Comgrow will only send adapter to make customer reflash chip on brand new printer. Spent weeks trying to get CONSISTANT decent (I'm not particular) prints. It simply will not do a decent print with a .6 nozzle, which should be a no brainer with a large printer. Tried different nozzles, filaments, and every Orca setting imaginable...no luck. Sure, I got a couple of good prints on certain models, but not after spending 50 hours tweaking.
All of what you heard about this machine is true. It is an outdated design, came out too early, and basically a throwback to early experiments with 3D printing. Less time would be spent dividing large models and gluing/dove tails/ etc. back together. Life is short, and too short to spend fixing incompetent mfg.'s mistakes.

Never again

Probably the worst printer I've ever owned. None of it actually works. The bed plate is made of something no pla sticks to, the motors are so shoddy that they will fail to hold their zero mid print and cause huge layer shifts, the extruder is an overcomplicated mess that will self destruct as soon as any of that non sticking pla manages to glue itself to the hotend, and the firmware can't even be updated without disassembling the entire control module and paying for an aftermarket part.

All this for a printer that costs nearly double what an equivalent sized elegoo would cost

Why bother?

All Good

Had the T500 for a few days now. Followed instructions and done about 10 prints so far. No print has failed yet. Printing over network and even on cura 5.9. All working great so far and hope the success continues. Also, I did not nor will try to monkey around and start replacing or upgrading parts that have no need to be fiddling with, just leave stock as was designed and hope for the best.

Recommendable Printer

After a quite a couple of bigger prints i can surely say, that i would buy this printer again.
The print quality exceeds my expectations for a printer this size (i also own a Creality K1C and a Bambulab P1S to compare).
But it's also to say, that this is no beginner device!
I put it in housing, modified the cooling of the elecronics to avoid overheating in the heated housing and changed the filament holder (see image).
Filament / Spoolholder doesn't convince me - the only thing i have to criticise.
