Shipping Zone

We have several warehouses located in the US, EU, CA, UK, AU, and China. Normally, your order will be directly dispatched from the warehouse near your location.

If you purchased a pre-sale product or got a free gift, the shipping time will be a little late. It usually takes us a while to prepare the inventory for the warehouse near you, then we will update the rough shipping time on the product page.

Occasionally, if the warehouse near you runs out of accessory inventory, we will ship your parcel directly from China to fulfill your order. For out-of-stock accessories shipped from China, we will indicate the delivery time on the product page. It usually takes us a while to procure raw materials to produce them, please wait patiently.

The delivery time for items is as follows: (only for the items purchased directly on Sovol.com.)

Areas not shipped in the United States:Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

*For policy reasons, we do not support filling in PO Box addresses or military addresses.

When you place an order, please be sure to enter your correct name, contact information, and fill in the detailed street information and house number together in the address column so that we can deliver your items successfully.

Shipping Fee

1. If you are from the United States, EU countries, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other areas of China, the shipping is free when you order the new 3D printer.(Because the T500 is larger, some countries will charge additional shipping costs.)

2. If you are from New Zealand, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, or South Korea, you may need to pay the extra shipping fee when ordering the new 3D printer. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items you ordered, and the exact shipping charge will be presented at checkout.

3. If you are from Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, or Hungary, the shipping is free when you order the refurbished 3D printers.

If you are from Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, or Romania, you need to pay the extra shipping fee when ordering the refurbished 3D printers. Shipping charges are based on the distance of your country from our FR maintenance warehouse. The exact shipping charge will be presented at checkout when you select your country.

4. If you are from the United States, EU countries (except Ireland), the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or other areas of China, the shipping is free when you order the accessories.

5. If you are from Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Ireland, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan, or South Korea, you need to pay the extra shipping fee when ordering the accessories. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items you ordered, and the exact shipping charge will be presented at checkout.

Taxes and Customs Duties

The purchase price does NOT include import duties, VAT, and other taxes and fees.

1. All are free tax if you are in the United States, Canada, or Australia. 

2. Shipping from EU warehouse to Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Romania, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Estonia and Malta, customers do not need to pay customs duties on products.

3. Shipping from FR maintenance warehouse to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, Hungary, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Romania, customers do not need to pay customs duties on refurbished 3D printers.

4. Shipping from EU warehouse to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customers need to pay customs duties on products during customs clearance.

(Notice: This tax is paid to the local custom not to us, we are unable to refund or pay the tax. The values are determined by local custom or local custom policy, which we are unable to control. The default declared value is the real price of the product on our website.)

If the tax is too high and unfair, you can refuse to sign for the package. lf the package is returned to us, we will refund you after it arrives at our warehouse.

5. Shipping from UK warehouse to the United Kingdom, customers do not need to pay customs duties on products.

6. Shipping from China to EU, UK, Malaysia, New Zealand, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, and South Korea, customers need to pay customs duties on products during customs clearance.

*Shipping cost for shipping machines from China is usually set according to the regions that ship most from China, such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Japan. Actually, when you order the machine and select "Ship from China" if the freight is too high, we will contact you to pay the extra freight and we cannot cover 100% of it.

7. There will be customs duties when shipping 3D printers from the AU warehouse to New Zealand and from the US warehouse to Mexico.

(Notice: For large size machines like the Sovol SV04, we do not support shipping to New Zealand and Mexico).

*If you are from other parts of China except Hong Kong and Taiwan, you need to pay VAT when ordering the 3D printer.

Shipping Issues

Q:Can I change the shipping address of my order?

A: Orders can be edited or canceled only before the shipment via our customer support team at info@sovol3d.com or Sovol 3d Facebook. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated.

Q:The logistics track has not been updated after shipment.What should I do?

A: If the logistics track has not been updated after 7 days, please contact us. If it is within 7 days, please wait patiently.

Q:Why did I only receive half of my order?

A: We might have divided your printer, accessories and filaments into several packages. Because different logistics channels will cause the transportation speed to be out of sync. Please contact us to obtain the tracking numbers of other items for logistics tracking and wait patiently.

Q:I received an email about the shipment being delivered,but nothing arrived.Whatshould I do?

A: We recommend that you first call the local post office to confirm and check the surrounding environment again of the package such as the express cabinet, the doorway, or the corner of the yard. If you still can't find the package, please contact us, we would love to help you.

Q:Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

A: Shipping time might be delayed for 1-3 days during weekends, legal holidays, and festivals. After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number.

Q:Which countries do Sovol products generally ship to?

A: Our products are generally shipped to the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other parts of China.

(Notice: For some areas in the United States, we do not support shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Armed Forces Americas,
Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific
 because the shipping costs are too expensive.)

Q:When I am purchasing accessories,which shipping option should I choose if I am notpart of the US,EU and UK?

A: Please select "Ship from China".
