Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, our team will be on break from:

Feb 12 – Feb 23

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or delays this may cause.

📦 Order Shipping

  • Overseas warehouses (local fulfillment): Orders will still be processed within 48 hours and are largely unaffected.
  • China warehouse (some accessories): These orders will be processed starting Feb 24, after we return to work.

💬 Customer Support

We will have limited staff available for urgent inquiries during the holiday.

Email responses may be slower than usual. For issues requiring engineering support, we will follow up after Feb 24.
