Shipping Time and Rules

We have several warehouses located in the US, EU, CA, UK, AU, and China. Normally, your order will be directly dispatched from the warehouse near your location.

If you purchased a pre-sale product or got a free gift, the shipping time will be a little late. It usually takes us a while to prepare the inventory for the warehouse near you, then we will update the rough shipping time on the product page.

Occasionally, if the warehouse near you runs out of inventory, we will ship your parcel directly from China to fulfill your order. For out-of-stock accessories shipped from China, we will indicate the delivery time on the product page. It usually takes us a while to procure raw materials to produce them, please wait patiently.

The delivery time for items is as follows: (only for the items purchased directly on Sovol.com.)

*For policy reasons, we do not support filling in PO Box addresses or military addresses.

When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, contact information, and fill in the detailed street information and house number together in the address column so that we can deliver your items successfully.

The purchase price does NOT include import duties, VAT, and other taxes and fees.

1. All are free tax if you are in the United States, Canada, or Australia. 

2. For products shipping from the EU warehouse, all are free tax for Germany, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Romania, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Malta.

3. For products shipping from the EU warehouse to Norway and Switzerland, customers need to pay taxes during customs clearance.

(Notice: This tax is paid to the local custom not to us, we are unable to refund or pay the tax. The values are determined by local custom or local custom policy, which we are unable to control. The default declared value is the real price of the product on our website.)

If the tax is too high and unfair, you can refuse to sign for the package. lf the package is returned to us, we will refund you after it arrives at our warehouse.

4. There will be customs duties when shipping printers from China to other countries.

Shipping cost for shipping from China is usually set according to the regions that ship most from China, such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Japan. Actually, when you order the printer and select "ship from China" if the freight is too high, we will contact you to pay the extra freight and we cannot cover 100% of it.

*If you are from New Zealand, you can select "ship from AU" when ordering the printer.

Shipping Issues

A: Orders can be edited or canceled only before the shipment via our customer support team at info@sovol3d.com or Sovol 3d Facebook. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated.

A: If the logistics track has not been updated after 7 days, please contact us. If it is within 7 days, please wait patiently.

A: We might have divided your printer, accessories and filaments into several packages. Because different logistics channels will cause the transportation speed to be out of sync. Please contact us to obtain the tracking numbers of other items for logistics tracking and wait patiently.

A: We recommend that you first call the local post office to confirm and check the surrounding environment again of the package such as the express cabinet, the doorway, or the corner of the yard. If you still can't find the package, please contact us, we would love to help you.

A: Shipping time might be delayed for 1-3 days during weekends, legal holidays, and festivals. After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number.

A: Our products are generally shipped to the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other parts of China.

(Notice: 1. For some areas in the United States, we do not support shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico because the shipping costs are too expensive.)
