The temperature is not suitable. 3. The bottom layer printing speed is too fast. If the bottom speed printing too fast, filamentswill not have enough time to stick tightly in the glass plate; general bottom speed is in the 15-20 or so.
4. Reasons for filaments. Filamentsthat are damp or of poor quality will not stick to the heat bed.
5. You can try whether the z offset setting is normal, refer to the video; z offset step distance is very small, so you have to rotate the display knob more; adjust the nozzle to the distance of one A4 paper from the glass plate and have a sense of friction.

My sovol sv02 that I got 2 years ago is saying that it has a thermistor error. It says I need to Cycle Power but I don’t know how to do that. I don’t know what I could be doing wrong.
I do the automatic leveling of the Z axis (with BLTouch), then I do the fine adjustment manually until the Z axis is the same as the sheet of paper on the bed, then I do the manual adjustment of all the corners of the bed and it works fine.
When I print, the nozzle is at a different distance from the bed and the filament does not stick to the bed. When I’m printing and I go to adjustment, the Z axis compensation has the value: -32.9. If I try to adjust it, it goes to -20.0 and still doesn’t stick to the bed. Any help will be welcome. Thanks in advance.
