I got it I installed it started do a print halfway through it was printing in midair. So I tried to load some filament it would not load so I cleaned out the pathway. Loaded some filament and it made a metallic noise as it turned around to load. It would not load. So I guess I need to take it apart to see what's going on. Please contact me.
